Calgary Homes Sales Sky Rocket in March
Not only were sales up 147% from last year, they were also the highest they've been since 2014 in a single month.
New Listings were also up significantly at 83% year-over-year but getting absorbed quickly as months of supply sits at 1.87
Inventory rose over 5,000 units but that's still the lowest March inventory level since 2014.
The average and median prices continue climbing with the average price almost at $600,000 for single family detached homes.
Semi-detached home prices were down from last month but still higher on a year-over-year basis.
Townhome prices were basically flat, month after month and year-over-year.
Condo average prices were slightly up; median prices were down from last month and flat on a year-over-year basis.
